Web serials change, and reviewers can make mistakes. Both should be handled plainly.
Report a concern
Email hello@webnovelreview.com with the article URL, the disputed passage, the correction you believe is needed, and a primary source when one is available. Authors and publishers are welcome to flag factual errors; disagreement with a critical opinion is not itself a factual correction.
How we respond
We check the article, the reviewer’s reading record, and the most authoritative available source. Small spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a note. A material correction—such as the wrong author, platform, status, reading extent, quotation, or disclosure—receives a dated correction note explaining what changed.
Updates are not silent rewrites
A serial’s new chapters or changed status may justify an update rather than a correction. If the reviewer reads substantially farther or changes the verdict, the article will identify its new scope and modification date. The original publication date remains intact.
We aim to acknowledge a correction request within five business days, even when verification takes longer.
